Shipping policy

Delivery:  

I aim to post your item within 5 days of purchase.  Delivery can then usually be expected within 2-3 business days.

PLEASE NOTE:   If you are ordering outside of the UK,  your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.   Rhode Hill Pottery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied by the country you reside in and are your responsibility as the customer, upon delivery.  

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@rhodehillpottery.co.uk with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
