Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.  We will always strive to make it right.  

Please supply photos. 

You are able to cancel your purchase as long as you exercise your right within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Any lost or damaged items must be notified within 14 days of purchase.

Your item must packaged and returned carefully via Royal Mail first class or courier and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note your right to return your item does NOT apply to items made to your specification, unless they are faulty.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return to confirm if refund applies. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
